Special Mobility and Replacement Van Services: a replacement/courtesy vehicle with equivalent charging capacity/size* is guaranteed with no deposit, in case of assistance, immobilization or servicing**

EXTENDED CARE PREMIUM

Extended warranty (i) Extra coverage for your vehicle after the factory warranty has expired that covers all manufacturing defects due to failure on mechanical, electrical and electronical components, for the duration and km range of you Citroën FlexCare plan - Purchasable within the first 24 months after vehicle registration.   (Traction battery (i) Your traction battery is guaranted 8 years or up to 160,000 km, within your Citroën's manufacturer warranty.  ) + Citroën Assistance (i) Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or tyre puncture. Replacement car or other solution depending on the situation.    + replacement vehicle if required (i) For extended warranty plans, a replacement vehicle with equivalent charging capacity/size (standard van without conversion) is guaranteed with no deposit in case of assistance or immobilization (first 4 days included, with a limit of 500 km a day)   + for electric commercial vehicles : Citroën Assistance up to 8 years and/or 160,000 km, including unlimited call-outs for power shortage (i) Energy shortage - if your battery lacks power we can recharge on site where permitted &/or towing to the charging station you desire within 80 km or the one nearest within that range. Your Citroën FlexCare plan includes 3 towings a year with no extra charge and unlimited towings a year with no extra charge for commercial vehicles

SERVICE CARE PLUS

Scheduled maintenance + Citroën Assistance (i) Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or tyre puncture. Replacement car or other solution depending on the situation.    +  a courtesy car during servicing (i) If not already included in your service plan, optional offer according to country, a courtesy car with equivalent charging capacity/size without deposit (standard van without conversion), for 1 day for each routine service. Battery State of Health (i): A measurement of battery capacity at the time of the maintenance operation/ battery diagnostic trace, compared to the value when the vehicle was first delivered, plus one additional state of health when you want before the end of the contract. Service Care Plus, Scheduled maintenance: A series of periodic maintenance operations that covers labour and parts replacment as specified in the the manufacturer's servicing requirements for normal conditions of use of the vehicle for the duration and km range of your Citroën FlexCare plan. Purchasable by first year of vehicle registration and before the first scheduled maintenance.   + for electric vehicles : Citroën Assistance up to 8 years and/or 160,000 km, including unlimited call-outs for power shortage (i) If your battery lacks power we can recharge on site where permitted &/or towing to the charging station you desire within 80 km or the one nearest within that range. TAILOR YOUR PLAN WITH ADDITIONAL COVERAGES

Tyres (i) This service repairs your tyres in case of puncture or replaces the entire set or single summer, all season or winter tyre(s) - including dismounting, assembly, balancing & replace of values in case of failures. 

Courtesy car (i) If not already included in your service plan, optional offer according to country, an equivalent charging capacity/size without deposit (standard van without conversion), for 1 day for each routine service. 

Mobility solutions (i) several solutions adapted to each situation to remain mobile. 

Disinfection (i) Manual disinfection operation covering 38 interior/exterior contact points + cabin filter change.  

Intensive use schedule (i) Additional service required for customers with intensive use of their vehicle. 

Pick up & Delivery (i) If your vehicle requires a repair/service you can choose the location and we will pick up vehicle and & deliver it back to you afterwards.

WHY CHOOSE A CITROËN FLEXCARE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND/OR SERVICE PLAN - SERVICE CONTRACT - FOR MY CAR?

A service plan - or maintenance plan - doesn't just help you spread the maintenance costs of your Citroën, but also gives you valuable additional services to make life with your vehicle easier.

The best solution is to buy your service plan as you buy your car so you can protect your car right from the start. If you didn't purchase your service plan when you purchased your car, you can still subscribe to a service plan any time before your first regular service (11 months after delivery).

An extended warranty, on the other hand, lets you extend the manufacturer warranty beyond its standard duration, allowing you to benefit from the same vehicle protection as the original manufacturer warranty for up to three more years. You can subscribe to an extended warranty contract any time before the expiry of the original manufacturer warranty.
